Downtown Petaluma took a step back in time today when the yearly “Cruisin’ the Boulevard” event rumbled into town. Sponsored by Cruisin’ the Boulevard, Inc. The downtown area was host to the event and Petaluma Boulevard and Kentucky street welcomed a wide array of classic cars, some of which were actually featured in the movie American Graffiti. The all day event culminated in the official car cruise and the sound of the engines could be heard throughout downtown. Some of the classic cars that were part of the event were the iconic Thunderbird and 1967 Citroen 2CV as well as an historic Petaluma Police car. This marked the tenth year of this historic Petaluma event.
