There is new activity at 18 Petaluma Boulevard North. The site was a former salon and is currently experiencing a rehab of the facade. No official information is available on a prospective future tenant but with the dining scene in downtown Petaluma soaring to new heights there is talk that a new restaurant may be going in. If the site does end up housing a new eatery of any sort there will certainly be discussion on parking which is already a major concern for the downtown area.
